I am proud of the fact that the orchestra is the first Bulgarian brass orchestra to win the title of "Privenets" at the European competition in Karlslue-Germany." Today's graduates of the orchestra performed a concert worthy of the jubilee, in the final of which, together with performers from the City Choir, sounded as recognition and wishes "Mnogaya summers". Until dawn the next day continued the fiesta at the Chinarite restaurant. Improvised big-band of former and current musicians played without fatigue and proved that the "Music of Mechev" is a real school and what was learned here leaves a mood and love for music for life. 40 years is not enough for such an orchestra - the future is his!
