The candidate mayor of NPZ "Nikola Petkov" Angel Toporchev submitted on August 25 an official request to the Municipal Election Commission (OIC). It concerns the procedure for the elevation of the two independent mayoral candidates Nikola Matrov and Stoyan Dulev. Mr. Toporchev asked the OIC for the staff of the initiative committees supporting the independents and with what number of signatures the OIC allowed them to participate. In addition, he wants a certified copy of all the lists of petitions in support of the independent participants in order for graphological expertise to be carried out. The candidate mayor also wants to receive the order for the composition of the sectional electoral commissions.
The start of the campaign A. Toporchev was harshly and outrageously censored by F's TV. Beev, who stopped broadcasting an intirview with the mayoral candidate on Sunday evening on the BCTV program. Having previously allowed himself to censor Nova TV, now the media of the DPS-MP repeated the scandal at the beginning of this election campaign.
