The court decision provided for the municipality to continue the competition for waste disposal without the participation of "Beev and Beev" as the company does not meet the tragic conditions for proven reputation in the industry.
In the last minutes before the deadline for the decision to enter into force on February 22, 2005, Beev and Beev have appealed it to the Supreme Administrative Court. Which means more months of financial agony for the Stroycom municipal firm.
