The meeting of the mayoral candidate Stoyan Dulev with Chepinchians on September 10 started with a record delay of an hour and a half. For an hour and a half activists of the election campaign of Mr. Dulev and personally the DPS-MP Fidel Beev gathered an audience and at 6.30 pm. The meeting finally began in a half-empty hall. DPS district leader Ahmed Hadzhiyski had come for the event, but was clearly nervous from the long wait and left. So did the local chairman of the BZNS Georgi Velev. In his expos, Stoyan Dulev said that their team in 10 months has done as much as others in years. In the final, Mr. Beev repeated his attacks on the current interim government and municipal councilors, advising those present to be careful in the elections for the Municipal Council and to expel them after 2 years.
