Municipal agricultural land continues to hold a price of 1 lev per square meter, the apparent auction confirmed on April 26. 7 properties were sold in the localities of Buchimi and Anezica, for which there were no meraclias in previous auctions. And now the interest was not great - one candidate for a property.
Zahari Popov, Dimitar Boyadzhiev, Stefka Tanchovska, Anka Asenova, Georgi Georgiev, Ivan Pashev and Iskren Vehov bought properties for prices as close as possible to those originally announced. Formal bidding was for only one of the sites, the price of which jumped by 40 leva. The committee chaired by Deputy Mayor Angel Toporchev will hold a repeat auction for the unsold lands on April 30.
