After days of news that the Velingrad team would be the new member of the Southwestern "V" group, it became clear on August 13 that this turned out to be another media bubble (at least that was the case in some district publications). Overconfidence about the good news again played a bad joke on those who are used to first saying "hop" and then jumping.

The information, which came from the joint meeting of the Zonal Council, the Amateur League and the Sports and Technical Commission to the BFS, once again caused the strange feeling that in home football not everything is decided on a principled basis. 1-2 weeks ago, BFS officials claimed that Chepinets-Beev was almost in the "V" group and most deserved it. On August 13, however, they referred to a point of the Ordinance. It was as if that point was gone before. Eventually it turned out that the team of S. Boboshevo more deserves to fill the composition of the Southwest "V" group, because this year he played two qualifying matches in the fight for entry into an upper group. In this sense, Chepinets-Beev really lost the very first barrage and with that it was overboard.
For 4 years, since the Velingrad team struggled in the district group with the rural teams, it was understood that administrative decisions should not be relied on. The team should earn its place in the "B" group with a strong game and barrage success, and not wait for various officials to "vote" its fate.
