On July 20, a meeting-conversation was held in the great hall of the Municipality on the problems of FC Chepinets-Beev and mainly on the financial support, which for three years was carried out solely by SD Brothers Beevi. VID Mayor of the Municipality Stoyan Dulev briefed the nearly 100 people present with the content of the letter, with which the sponsor company requested the meeting. The main idea is related to the proposal that the Municipality also commit to a part of the football club's maintenance by finding the most appropriate forms for this. Examples were given with other municipalities that have found ways to support the sport and have allocated funds.
On behalf of the fans, Dr. Stoyan Garov addressed the municipal councillors and all present saying that one should not forget what Fidel Beev did for the stadium and for the team. Now is the time to show who cares about the team and help. In the ensuing debates and speeches (part of them we put separately) were asked a variety of questions, the main one being: Will there be a football team and will it start the championship? President Fidel Beev replied that a team will have, but it is not possible for only one sponsor to support it, because there are limits that cannot be crossed. He will continue to give money for football, but it is good for other businessmen to get involved in supporting the team. It was proposed to organize a meeting with the representatives of all licensed sports clubs in the Municipality. On it to be placed the specific demands and proposals of the clubs to be systematized and to be given in clear form to the municipal councilors, who in September will gather for an extraordinary session dedicated solely to sports problems.

Dr. Stoyan Garov: "In the last three years, the maintenance of all football equipment costs about BGN 500,000 and another nearly BGN 1,000,000 for the restoration of the stadium. A large sum was spent without any return. This communism is not even in China. Football fans should know that Mr. Beev has never given up on the team and will not give up, and will start preparations tomorrow. But we must all understand that these sums are insurmountable for one person, however wealthy he may be. That is why we made this friendly meeting today so that we can find additional sources of funding. The team has the unique chance to play in the "B" group as early as next year." Ivan Lebanov: "For many years, the Municipality did not solve the problems of the sport. I hope this will happen at the special session on sports in September. All together to solve the problems of all sports. Financial injections are needed for the sport in the long run.
Georgi Belev: "Why not put an entrance for the matches with a ticket price of 1 lev? Then it will be seen who cares about the team and when he comes to the games, he supports it. Entry tickets are sold at most matches in the "B" group. Why shouldn't they be released here as well?"
Biser Skenderov: "I don't see any serious businessmen attending this meeting to help the team."
Boris Cholev: "We have to work mainly with local boys and the results will not be late. The main thing is to help each other and not to interfere." Nikolay Gulev: "Is there a contract with the Municipality for terms - how long should the team be supported? We see that for many years it is not working properly and therefore there are no results."
Fidel Beev: "There are no fixed terms in the team's maintenance contract. It's really not working well with children and adolescents and that's why we don't have our own football players. We rely on strangers, and they sold us out. They mocked not only me, but all of you."
Nejat Kehayov: "It is clear that it is very difficult for only one sponsor to carry the whole load, but the GeneralS cannot completely solve the financial problems of the clubs. You have to work in two directions, especially for football. To have two plans - what to do until August 15, when the start of the championship and what will be done after that? It is probably necessary to concentrate efforts and to look for options, but for this specific proposals from sports clubs are needed."
