1. In four years. on my tenure I gained managerial experience, I also have the necessary qualifications. All this will give me opportunities to finish a lot of useful things started. I believe that every team needs an adaptive period, which is really wasted time. No such period is necessary for the current team. It is not good for the city and the municipality to lose another year or two for something that we will propose from the first day of the new term.
2. The direction is correct and proof of this is the lasting financial stabilization we have achieved for the municipality. The changes are mainly in infrastructure: the condition of streets and sidewalks, sanitation and water supply, lighting has improved significantly. From now on, the same direction should be followed - to continue to stimulate the construction of new hotels, to achieve the shaping of the central urban area with the completion of the Cultural House, to develop a tourism strategy. I have specific ideas in this regard for the three neighborhoods. For Chepino: starting a project on the transformation of Lepenitsa cave into a tourist site and finishing the Crafts Village project. For Ludjene: connecting in a natural way the already existing Children's Amusement Center and the Horse Base at the 4th km. through sports grounds, tennis courts and go-karting track and overall shaping of an active recreation area. About Kamenitsa: construction of a tourist complex with a hotel part around the archaeological excavations in Kamenitsa. "Gradot".
3. Good. From the new OS I expect common positions on important decisions for the municipality and less unnecessary confrontation.
4. These are two very important objects. With regard to the Cooperative Market, which is a public municipal property, work must be done to turn it into a modern shopping center, corresponding to the resort vision of the city, with the municipality preserving its interests. For him, I see two possibilities: through a project, which we already have, and through a concession.
The central mineral beach is a private municipal property. In order to stop its collapse, serious investments of the order of 600-700,000 leva are needed. For him, too, there are two options considered: creating a commercial company with not less than 45% municipal participation or negotiating a joint venture with a potential investor.
5. For 4 years I worked with a team of which will remain those people in whose face the citizens have met professionalism, correct attitude and problem solving. Those who do not meet the elected criteria will be removed, and in their place I will invite young, prepared and ambitious people with potential for future development.
