Exactly 5 months after the double murder of the Angel family and Nadezhda Bosnevi, the court handed down its sentence: life imprisonment for the 22-year-old murderer Boris Etropolsky. In addition, he will have to pay 16,000 leva in blood to the relatives of those killed.

The case was heard on May 7 by a five-member panel of the Pazardzhik District Court, chaired by Judge G. Veselinov. The court ruled after hearing 11 witnesses. In the hall were present relatives of the murdered and the condemned. The double murder took place on December 5 at the Bosnian family's home in Asphalt Base. The people of Velingrad were shocked by the cruel death of the merchant family, known for their hard work and for helping and feeding the entire Asphalt base. As early as December 6, Boris Etropolsky was detained as a suspect. He is a neighbor of those killed who helped him too. Specialists from the Serious Crimes Department - Pazardzhik participated in the discovery of the crime, and the investigation was led by Ivan Petrov. The double murder was qualified as a case with a particularly high response, it was worked on almost around the clock and that is why it came so quickly (according to Bulgarian standards) to the court. Evidence was brought before the court that Boris Etropolsky had planted a poisonous mince on the dog guarding the yard of the Bosnian family. He then killed with a wooden axe handle first Angel and then his wife Hope. Traces of blood were found on the handle. A major piece of evidence was found in the courtyard of the Bosnian family part of a shoe, which was later seized from Boris Etropolsky's home. He signed himself that the shoe was his, we learned from the inquest. The target was robbery - Etropolski found over 4393 leva, whose origin he did not explain. However, it is possible that before the robbery and murders, there was double the amount of money in the house. The sentence of District Court - Pazardzhik can be appealed to the Court of Appeal in Plovdiv. Elena Baeva
