255 swimmers from 32 clubs competed in the state personal-team swimming championship "Happy Dolphin" for children born in 1996. The host of the competition from 23 to 25 February was Mladost pool in Plovdiv. Among the participants were representatives of the epinets and Belmeken PCs. Hristo Bozadzhiev from PC "Chepinets" earned the golden award in the discipline 50 m breaststroke. Silver medal in 100 m butterfly won Katerina Dancheva. In the relay, the team of PK "Chepinets" took 8th place with the boys and 13th place with the girls. Points for the team standings brought Dimitar Grozev, Alexander Dimitrov and Vladimir Vargov. With improved personal achievements, Stoyan Dimitrov, Ventsislava Popova and Hristina Vardeva qualified in the opening twenty.
