Born 11.11.1963. Education: higher (master's degree) - physics and mathematics, II class qualification "Organization and management of secondary education". Work: technologist-physicist at ZMM-Velingrad, HBO teacher at SPTU in OH, teacher of physics and mathematics at OU-Grashevo, director of OU Grashevo, now director of Secondary School "Vasil Levski"-Velingrad. He is not a member of political parties and organizations, an independent municipal councilor. Married with two children (daughter and son).
1. To contribute to the beginning of the necessary development of Velingrad and the Municipality of Velingrad and to provide the citizens of Velingrad with the pleasure to live with self-confidence and pride that the city and the Municipality begin a renewal in achieving the useful infrastructure for Velingrad. I am inspired by having the necessary energy, legal and economic literacy, organizational and management experience and wealth of ideas, but not to satisfy my personal financial and power ambitions, but work in the interest of all residents of the Municipality of Velingrad. These are things that I prove even now as a director of Secondary School "Vasil Levski" Velingrad.
2. The development direction is predetermined by the natural resources on the territory of the Municipality of Velingrad - mineral water, sunny days, history, culture, forest, land allowing traditional and alternative agriculture. The direction is correct, but the realization should not be spontaneous and piecemeal, but a strategy, motivation and work is needed not only of a good team of qualified specialists, but also of the entire population of the Municipality to create a well-settled, modern and competitive, year-round balneological resort center. Velingrad lost the opportunity to become a city with highly sophisticated schools and institutes of European scale, to attract investments in the development of hotel and food industry due to lack of interest and political bias. I have specific ideas for restoring the originality and development of the Municipality of Velingrad as a year-round balneological resort, cultural and educational center.
3. An assessment of the work of this Municipal Council can be given after a review of the legality and appropriateness of the decisions taken, the implementation of these decisions by the Municipal Administration, the number of decisions returned and the number of decisions entered into court procedure. From the point of view of an independent municipal councilor and at a cursory glance it is evident that the assessment is not positive. Successful decisions did not create prerequisites for the development of the Municipality towards the predestined and infrastructure in terms of: refreshment of certain neighborhoods and settlements in urban planning, key trade and transport places, places of eternal rest, protection and encouragement of local merchants. I expect in the future Municipal Council to be elected individuals who have ideas, desire and responsible attitude to work. Creating a good synchrony between OS and OA to achieve positive results concerning the development of the Municipality.
4. In any situation consistent with the law, in full transparency of proposals and decisions. Finding a legal form to manage, modernize and preserve the purpose of these sites so that the property remains municipal. The central mineral beach is a symbol of the city, and the interests of local merchants can be defended through the Cooperative Market.
5. I would not comment at this stage on the people I will work with if I am elected mayor of the Municipality of Velingrad, but I guarantee that the municipal administration will work as a team in full compliance with its official duties, responsibly, correctly and in the service of the population of the Municipality.
