1. Because I know well the mechanisms of the local government and I know what should not be in order for the city, the municipality, its inhabitants to prosper.
2. The direction is clear to everyone, but tourism continues to tread in one place, mineral water is poured into the streets, infrastructure is under serious criticism by any foreign tour operator. We have settlements in the municipality, forgotten by God, and we are talking about the development of rural tourism. I think it's the wrong way. I'm betting on pragmatic action, not global strategies.
3. My assessment is no different from the public one - the OS was guided by economic rather than public and political interests. I hope that in the future OS will enter knowledgeable, capable, reasonable people who think not about personal interests, but about real problem solving.
4. The central beach is one of the resort's business cards. Serious investment is needed to make it a tourist attraction, a modern sports facility for swimming tournaments. There is nothing scary if you find a serious private investor who does not think only about profits. In the Cooperative market, things are different. It is a profitable site and so far the municipality had to invest in it to change its appearance. The market must remain municipal property.
