For 11 months during the reign of Mayor Fidel Beev and Interim Mayor Stoyan Dulev nearly 10% of the budget of the municipality of Velingrad has gone to Mr. Beev's companies. The facts were announced by the interim mayor Tanya Goncheva at the session of the Municipal Council on January 27. She answered a question submitted by municipal councilors Boryana Belukhova, Atanaska Hrischeva and Nadezhda Klyuchkova.
The question contained 11 separate questions on the socially significant topic of the economic connection between the budget of the municipality and companies of the Beev excme. Temporary Mayor Tanya Goncheva explained that the overall picture is not yet known, because in the preparation of the answers some of the municipal administration employees preferred to go on sick leave, there was also a leak: "The municipality works in Big Brother mode, Big Brother is constantly watching us from the opposite building," said Eng. BEEV'S OBLIGATIONS TO THE MUNICIPALITY
In May 2002 The municipal council gives consent for the Beevi Brothers SD to be granted the right of passage through a public municipal property of the cable network of their television. STATE SUBSIDIES FOR TRANSPORT

The money is given by the state for free and reduced travel prices. Thus, the state, not the private firm, provides reduced prices and free travel for individual categories such as pensioners, students, war veterans, people with disabilities, etc. The nearly 150,000 leva given by the state are for the first 6 months of the year. The Ministry of Finance then stops subsidies for Chepino auto transport to check the signals that the company does not ride on the established schedule, but nevertheless charges the amounts.
In addition to Chepino Autotransport, a state subsidy of 6,000 leva has also been received by the transport company of the Green Party municipal councilor Vladimir Gushevilov, announced T. Goncheva.
FUEL SUPPLY
The supplier of fuels for the municipality is the Beevi Brothers SD. The public procurement took place at the end of 2003. and was won by the Sofia-based company Delta Petroleum, but was challenged in court. Despite the dispute, Delta Petroleum continues to charge, as the company is also a previous supplier and by law has this right. On 28 January 2004. Mr. Beev was sworn in as mayor and the municipality began charging from the Beevi Brothers SD, as the fuels were invoiced only in March. In educational institutions, fuel is loaded for 121,048 leva, for municipal administration for 15,179 leva, the municipality owes the company on invoices another 6,019 leva. The case is being considered by the investigation and prosecution, which months ago suggested that a court case should also be opened.
FUND "STYCHIE DISEASES AND ACCIDENTS"
In 2004 Chepino Autotransport company has received 62,500 levs from the Fund "System Disasters and Accidents". The State Fund allocates funds to municipalities for repairs that occurred due to natural disasters and accidents. With state money, Chepino Autotransport has repaired sites mainly in the villages by the municipality as these funds were converted into election capital by Mr. Beev, said the chairman of the Municipal Council Nejat Kehayov. He pointed out that in St. Petka everyone believed that the retaining wall was made by F. Beev, and de facto this happened with funds given by the state to the municipality.
CLEANING AND GREENING
In August 2004 temporary mayor Stoyan Dulev signed a contract with Beev and Beev Ltd. on a public procurement for the purity of 2002. The total amount of the contract is nearly BGN 650,000. Of these until December 2004. The municipality paid Mr. Beev's company 157,290 leva for garbage disposal and 50,533 leva for landscaping. In fact, the landscaping was done by the municipal company Stroycom, but the money was given to Beev and Beev, explained Eng. Goncheva. The municipality owes the private company for garbage disposal another 41,497 leva, but there is the paradox that two companies cleaned, and by order of St. Dulev is valued only the work of the company of F. Beev and she received the monetary value of all the work done and from Stroycom. The amount of all damage to the municipal budget will become clear after long litigation, but it is now clear that it will be for hundreds of thousands of levs.
SNOW CLEANING
60,599 leva has received "Beev and Beev" from the municipality for sengocleaning; it remains to take on invoices another 2,946 leva. The municipality of Velingrad was the only one in the district that started the winter season without a selected snow removal company. The administration held the public procurement competition for snow removal so that he had a predetermined winner in the face of Beev and Beev.
AUTHORITY AND STREET LIGHTING
The municipality has entered into a lease for a carvishka with a relative close to F. Beev company "Antol" for 12 000 leva. ONLINE DELIVERY
After the inauguration of F. Beev as mayor has concluded a contract for delivery with the Pazardzhik ET "Iliya Slavkov", which works with "Beev net". The contract with the previous Internet provider of the municipality "Omega net" was neither expired nor terminated and is for a significantly lower price. ET "Iliya Slavkov" was paid 6000 leva.
THE CONCESSION OF "CAL BATH"
Upon signing the contract for concession of Mud bale, SD "Brothers Beevi" undertook the following commitments: to lay new pavement and lighting; to open a minimum of 13 jobs; to invest by November 2003. 100 000 leva for bathroom repairs, showers and baths, water treatment, sauna, fitness, outdoor pool, coffee shop and restaurant, playground. Under the contract, SD "Brothers Beevi" is obliged to provide free bathing for pensioners every Monday and for disabled people and soldiers two days a week, 40% discount on the price for students two days a week, free bathing for the players of FC "Chepinets". The listed social benefits for pensioners, students, athletes, disabled people and soldiers were won by the municipality, emphasized the signer of the concession contract as Mayor Dr. Tsvetan Dafov. A large part of the obligations assumed by the concessionaire were not fulfilled according to the deadlines.
