Minister of Foreign Affairs Solomon Passy took part in the election campaign in the municipality of Velingrad. On October 11, he held meetings in Sarnitsa, stopped briefly and in the small hall of the community center in Kamenitsa, where he talked with people from the neighborhood and then visited the carpentry workshop of the NDSV candidate mayor in Draginovo Mr. Arapov. On Friday evening at the invitation of the NDSV candidate mayor in Velingrad Nikolay Deliev, a meeting of medics was held with Deputy Minister of Health Petko Salchev. On Sunday, within the NDSV campaign, an exhibition was opened in the Art Gallery about what was done under the project "Beautiful Bulgaria", which is implemented with the help of the Social Ministry and UNDP.
The most massive event of the NDSV during the week was the concert on the evening of October 11 in the central square. To give support to Nikolay Deliev in Velingrad arrived the deputies Milena Milotinova and Valentin Miltenov, the Deputy Minister of Social Policy Vanya Hristova, the Regional Governor Ivan Dimitrov, the regional coordinator of the party Alexander Alexandrov and others. In the beginning there were entertainments for children, performances of Maria Noneva-Michona, and the culmination was the concert of Iliya Lukov, who presented his third performance "Prayer for Bulgaria".
