36 years old, married, with one child. He was a civil engineer by profession, working in departments "TSU" and "Municipal Property" from 1994 to 2000. He's currently working at a construction firm.
1. The desire to run is conditioned by the fact that I was 7 years old. employee of OA, I have worked with all the mayors of Velingrad and I have gone through the entire hierarchy. I have the necessary administrative experience and a real idea of public and political life. I have something to say to people. I will explain with facts and circumstances what has happened in the last 10 years. in our city, how for this period the city has lost revenues of approximately one-year budget (6-7 million leva, which makes the money for 5-6 bread factories). I want to orient the public because things in the city are not as they say and to assure them that in my person they see an administrative, procedural and professionally prepared person.
2. Many serious opportunities have been missed for Velingrad, which could have brought the city to better economic positions. There is not a single lev foreign investment in green. For 14 years. we have only one hotel built from ground zero - "Markita". We do not have a single park that meets the modern conditions for attraction, recreation and recreation. For the development of balneology nothing was done, we live on old laurels. The development of winter tourism remained only talk. The main indicators that the municipality is developing poorly are increasing unemployment and low own revenues in the budget. It is in increasing these revenues that I will direct my efforts, because in the conditions of financial and tax decentralization without them the municipality is doomed.

This is an OS that will be remembered for its irresponsible attitude to municipal property, with the distribution and construction of parks and squares - public municipal property protected by law. With its ignominious decisions about VKTV and the Beach. With the worst - the lying of whole classes by society. As an example, I will give the doctors from the polyclinic who were made hired workers, although by law they were allowed to purchase it. Taxi drivers have been harassed with barriers for a full term and continue to be fooled. The OS acted as a stepmother and a parasite for the citizens. Lacking any post-privatization control, TD with municipal participation was created, which was a hidden form of gifting municipal property. The councillors themselves admitted that they were guided by economic rather than public interest. I'm more hopeful by looking at the candidates for the future OS. I am impressed by the presence of intellectuals, public figures, businessmen and professionals. My call is: To elect a local self-government that solves people's problems.

The two sites are profitable and the municipality in any form should not be deprived of their revenues, although the Beach is in a deplorable position thanks to the current management and significant funds are needed to restore it. One form of securing them is a municipal bond loan and then finding the most effective form of stewardship. For the Beach there is one weight from the last court decision, but I have a way to solve the problem without violating the legal provisions. The cooperative market has stable revenues and, with better stewardship, can raise them. Not only these sites, but also municipal companies, I intend to restructure them so that the municipality has large revenues of its own.
