A certificate from the Sofia District Court from 02.06.2004 was presented to the OIC that the Beevi Brothers SD was not terminated, is not in liquidation proceedings and is managed by the partners Fidel Beev and Krasimir Beev. The certificate reflects the current status subsequently obtained all changes made to the lot. In addition, a certificate from the Pazardzhik District Court is presented that Mr. Fidel Beev is a partner in Beev and Beev Ltd. These companies carry out active transactions with municipal companies, for which the signatories of the signal have applied invoices for commercial transactions with the municipal company "Stroycom" from a period in which Mr. F. Beev has taken office as mayor of the municipality of Velingrad. During the hearing, the OIC also heard Mr F's lawyer. Beev Vasil Ushev, who has explained verbally that steps have been made before the SOS for the exit of Mr. F. Beev from the Beevi Brothers SD did not specify when this happened.
The chairman of the OIC, Ivanka Stancheva, reported that the OIC accepts that there is a violation of the LMSMA, as the certificate from the SOC for the Beevi Brothers SD is definite. According to the OIC, the issue is of the utmost importance, and therefore the meeting was decided to give a deadline of June 17, Thursday, for the submission of additional evidence. Then by virtue of art. 42, para. 1, t. 8 of the LMSMA the Municipal Election Commission will have to rule for or against the early termination of the powers of the mayor of the municipality of Velingrad Fidel Beev.
