Sports dance club "Impulse" finished in a proper way the competitive season 2004-2005 after bringing another portion of medals from the final tournament in the resort of Albena. The very first day brought a lot of joy for the Velingrad club: Hristo Grchki and Diana Luchkova became champions in the multi-league and absolute champions of Bulgaria for the junior season. Age. In the same category, Georgi Ganev-Veronika Gadzheva took the fifth place. In the upper age group Spas Tsanov-Elena Buchkova won the silver medals in the standard dances, which gives them the right to participate in the world championship in December in Maribor (Slovenia). During the next two days, the international tournament was held in Albena, in which more than 400 pairs from many countries took part. Last season's tally for "Impulse" shows 4 championships won, 2 vice-championships, 2 bronzes, 32 first places from open tournaments and championships from the state sports calendar. All these successes earned 2 quotas for our club to participate in world championships. The first is for adolescents st. age at the end of October in Plakia di Aro (Spain), and our representatives there will be Georgi Mihov-Dorina Stoyanova. The second is the mentioned in December championship in Maribor, where the honor of Bulgaria and the "Impulse" will defend Spas Tzanov-Elena Buchkova. "I am pleased with what has been achieved during the season, the goals we set in its beginning have been met," said head coach Petar Milchev.
