For the first time in these elections, the law provides for the carrying out of common lots. This means that the number of ballots for mayor, municipal councillors and mayors of settlements is the same when the candidate mayor and councillors are promoted by the same political force.
Under this provision, the total number of ballots to be voted on in the municipality of Velingrad is 56. The numbering is common to mayors and municipal councilors. All ballots will be white and to an established standard. In the upper left corner, the number is written. The ballot for the mayoral candidate shall state the name of the party, coalition or initiative committee. The ballots for municipal councillors shall state the names of the candidates.
