- Development of municipal strategy of tourism development in Velingrad.
- Development and implementation of aggressive marketing strategy for targeted attraction of tourists in the municipality.
- Emphasis on the development of alternative forms of tourism - eco, rural, cultural, mountain, sports, etc.
- Finding opportunities to develop a year-round tourism product oriented towards the individual more solvent tourists.
- Finalization of the started project studies for restoration and construction of Ethnographic Complex Tepavitsata with development of the local crafts, preservation of the building stock and construction of new buildings in the same national "Chepinski-Razlog" style of the old masters.
- Restoration of Lepenitsa complex - the cave and the approaches to it, as a tourist route and preservation of the unique natural environment.

- Displacement of plumbing - kv. Kamenitsa (Bukov Dol), Industrial Zone.
- Displacement of sewerage along the street. "Patriarch Evtimiy", ul. "Lukovica", Asphalt base, ul. "Bacho Kiro", ul. "Yundolska", bul. "Han Asparuh".
- Zoning and zoning of the internal water supply network of Velingrad.
- Completion of a reservoir in m. Nejovica, Kamenica district.
- Commissioning of water main "Vodev Chark".
