On May 19 in Velingrad was carried out an inspection of retail outlets for the sale of excise goods. In two stores, it was found that alcohol without banderoli was sold. The goods were seized and pre-trial proceedings were initiated against I. E., 46. and C. D., 54. Both men are from Vetren dol.



UDAR BMW, operated by 32.years old Velingradcian S. G., caused a chain crash on Saedinenie Boulevard. The car first crashed into the Opel driving car in front of it, and then hit a parked Volkswagen. No one was injured, and the three vehicles suffered material damage.

Police caught two drivers sitting behind the wheel after drinking: the 56-year-old B. W. from Velingrad, ruled UAZ with 1.72 mill alcohol and 36-year-old I. P. by Rakitovo with 1.94 promil. The two spent 24 hours in custody.

During the night of 16 to 17 May, there was a theft of audio equipment and money from a private home in Velingrad. The police have captured N. M., 31. by Rakitovo.
