If MPs are on summer vacation, but the Rakitova parliament works tirelessly every week.
On August 5, an emergency session was called at which the councillors expected Mayor Georgi Mihialov's analysis of the financial situation of Tsigov Chark Ltd., whose director of the last session resigned.

The submitted analysis shows that the company's liabilities are 63,000 leva. The majority are to the NSSI and the remaining 18,000 leva to various suppliers. The mayor announced that these were huge duties and suggested to the councillors to transfer the public works activities to the Department of Cleanliness in the municipality.
However, the municipal councilors did not accept the proposal to close the enterprise and gave the mayor a new task: by September to present a rehabilitation program for the firm. Meanwhile, the NSSI has made a distraint on the accounts of Tsigov Chark Ltd. in UBB.
The other point was dedicated to the requests from the Beevi Brothers SD and ET Asen Bozadzhiev for use of the stadium in Rakitovo. The councillors decided that they would lease the stadium for a 10-year use as the user is determined by competition. The city council assigned the mayor to hold the contest.
