NDSV is a fictional party that will not raise a membership table
Dr. Nadka Pangarova visited Velingrad on September 16 to renew her receptions for citizens. She entered the National Assembly as second in the list of NDSV in Pazardzhik constituency. In March 2002 He left the NMSS Parliamentary Group and became an independent Member of Parliament, declaring that he remained faithful to the NMSS cause and that the election promises made must be fulfilled. We are talking with Dr. Pangarova at the beginning of the new political season:

- Dr. Pangarova, how would you comment on the turbulent beginning of the current political season? The dissension in the National Assembly and especially in the group of the ruling party seems too serious.
- The controversy came about on a specific occasion: the establishment of a permanent anti-corruption commission. He helped bring to the surface the essence of relations in the NDSV. Fighting corruption was one of the NDSV's key intentions before the elections. If one waits on the grounds that until now this struggle has not been effective, this cannot continue. If a man has gone with good and honorable intentions, he must finish the job. It is logical for me to have such a commission. I do not accept the argument that it is the same whether it is a committee or a subcommittee. I think the beginning of the political season things are starting to crystallize. We, as independent MPs, have supported the existence of an anti-corruption commission. My personal opinion is that there should be such a commission.
- Is an "independent MP" in the current National Assembly a strong position?
- It's hard to answer unequivocally. Practice shows that where there is political power, there are more people behind it. The position of "independent MP" is strong from another point of view: you say your own opinion, you do not accept mechanically imposed decisions, you say that it is high time to fulfill the social contract with the Bulgarian voters. In this respect, the position of "independent MP" is strong enough and positive.
- Do you expect significant reshuffles and regrouping in Parliament? Weeks ago in Velingrad, your UDF colleague Panayot Lyakov predicted a new ruling majority with some of the MPs from the NMSS plus the groups of BSP and DPS? It's hard for me to make that kind of prediction. Trials are ongoing. Our intention has never been to split the NDSV group, but to get it back to square one and start fulfilling its promise. We have not made agreements with other political forces, our goal is for the NMSS to work as in the beginning. That is why we continue to work for the NDSV cause. It is natural for Mr. Lyakov to give such a forecast to justify the dizzying loss of his political power in the elections. These are excuses for the sad glory of the UDF government in recent years. There is no scheme for such behavior by the BSP. At the moment, it will be difficult to find someone to predict exactly what will happen.
- Since you declare that you work for the cause NDSV, I will ask how the recruitment of the new party's membership table in our district is going.
- It's not going at all. The very creation of a party NDSV has a negative effect on people. The creation of a party qualitatively replaced things as they were presented to the Bulgarian people with the creation of the National Movement "Simeon II". It is a fictional party that cannot and will not gain membership. Everywhere in the district, and in the country.
- Always the polite question - will Stoyan Ganev come back?
- I do not maintain contacts with Stoyan Ganev and cannot give information because I do not have it. Nothing prevents him from returning by private means, and as a political person, I don't know. The king publicly admitted that they had phone calls, but what they were talking about, they knew.
- What is the winning move of Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg at this difficult moment for Bulgarians?
- The Prime Minister's winning move is to make the people believe him - as he believed him in the election. How he'll do it - he knows.
- Months after you left NDSV PG are there any attempts to get you back in the group?
- Officially not. Unofficial envoys are being sent to ask us to return to the group. I do not believe that conversations of this type should be conducted in this way, to build the image of the enemy, to condemn dissent. This is behavior that will necessarily have negative consequences. I'm beginning to wonder if this is random behavior on the part of the NDSV PG leadership.
- Will the new position of the MPs from Oborishte and Party of Bulgarian Women, who started to publicly express their different opinions, be effective?
- I believe there will be, as they also stated that they are behind the intentions of the NMSS before the elections. If he sticks to these stated to our voters intentions, there must be a positive result. Prague is a fictional occasion, a postponement of agony. People can't be destitute, they can't have money for medicines, and we can't justify ourselves with Prague. A problem is solved when you get into it, not by putting it off!
