11 companies bought tender papers to participate in the upcoming competition for repair of Sulfur Bath under the program "Beautiful Bulgaria". There was no similar interest for any of the numerous sites in Velingrad made under the same program. It is explained by the large amount of 120,000 leva allocated for the renovation by the Ministry of Social Policy and the owner of Sulfur Bath - the state-owned company "Specialized Hospitals for Rehabilitation".
On December 4, an explanatory meeting was held in the municipality with the companies willing to participate in the competition. Only one of them is from Velingrad - "Mavex" Ltd. of Krastyo Trichkov, the rest are from Pazardzhik, Plovdiv and Smolyan. The competition itself will be held on December 10 this year.
