After long disputes, the municipal councilors made an innovative decision on the issue of their participation in the committees that hold the tenders and competitions in the municipality. Tender committees consist of 7 members, of which 4 are municipal councillors. In recent years, committee members have been set on a quota basis between the major political forces in the local parliament and have been permanent. Now, however, the political space is much more fragmented, and therefore a new principle has been chosen - that of rotation. At the suggestion of Ek. Cafferina councillors voted to elect their 4 representatives individually for each auction or competition scheduled by the municipality. Zavarin Marov remained lonely in his idea that this option is not reasonable and it is better for the participants in the committees to be elected for 6 months and then have a rotation. It turned out that the councillors had a preliminary political agreement and Ek's proposal was therefore accepted. Cafferina.
Also on her proposal, 4 councillors were elected to participate in the tender committees under the procedures so far opened by the municipality. These will be Georgi Panov from BZNS, Zavarin Marov from BSP, Recep Sidzhim from DPS and Alexander Daskalov from BSD. So that there will be no offending N. Deliev proposed to "arrange" and reserve members - Dimitar Gadzhev from the ZPB and Shukri Yakubov from the UDF. For each of the new tender procedures, the Municipal Council will elect 4 new councillors.
