New postponement for the mayor

Appeals Court - Plovdiv postponed for a second time the case, initiated by an appeal of Mayor Stoyan Dulev against the suspended sentence of 1.5 years imprisonment, which gave him a composition of the Pazardzhik District Court.
At the meeting on April 20 before the appellate judges, the manager of the municipal company Stroycom, Toshko Kyutov, gave testimony. We recall that the disputed sentence of Mr. Dulev is because of the mayor of the municipality signed by him as a vrid in the summer of 2004. contract for waste disposal with Beev and Beev. The judges have adjourned the case until June 1, 2005.
