SAC The Supreme Administrative Court scheduled a hearing on the case for the terminated powers of the Mayor of the municipality of Velingrad Fidel Beev. The Pazardzhik District Court confirmed the decision of the Municipal Election Commission that Mr. Beev had violated Art. 41 of the LMSMA having remained manager of a company. The decision of the district judges was appealed and the SAC will review the case on October 14 this year.
On September 27, the case between the Municipal Council - Velingrad and the Regional Administration for the suspended decision to remove Stoyan Dulev from the post of interim mayor was not heard. The lawsuit was adjourned to October 11.
