On November 10, 2 years have passed since the establishment of the current Municipal Council of Velingrad. The leadership of the local parliament will make an account of the past half term at a press conference on November 10. On 11 and 12 November the councillors will travel to Samokov to exchange experience with their colleagues there and to see on the spot how the preparations for the construction of the new winter complex "Super Borovets" are going.

The training is organized jointly by ARO, the Bulgarian Association of Management Consulting Organizations and a team from Sofia University "Kl. Ohridsky".

A suspended sentence of one year and a fine of 500 sentences were handed down to the court of Atanas T. for a crime he committed in April 2004.
