The luck of the Velingradians is good in the game "Second Totochans". A man from Sq. Kamenica literally did not believe his luck and almost threw away the winning ticket after winning a mobile phone and a TV in two consecutive weeks. A trip for two to Greece was won in Ludzhene last week.
