By order of Mayor Dulev, a tenant of Mirage restaurant on the Central Mineral Beach was designated ET "RIS-2 - Rada Georgieva" by Rada G. Halacheva. After the competition, the municipality must conclude with the company a 5-year lease on the restaurant with the annual price of 9999 leva. But for now, this will not happen, as the contest has been appealed.

WOOD It is not yet clear the wood quotas that the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry will set for the different VATs. This is the reason for the signs "Tree will not" that welcome Velingradians at the entrance of the foresters. The quotas are expected to be set in early August.

ORDERS The Municipality of Velingrad announced 4 public procurements, which are funded with money allocated to liquidate the damage from last year's floods. Contractors are sought for the sites: strengthening of a landslide in Grashevo, construction of retaining walls in Anezitsa and next to Georgi Benkovski Primary School in Velingrad and restoration of the road from Draginovo to the Roma neighborhood.

BIODIZEL Crystal Chemistry Trading Ltd. announced to the Municipality of Velingrad its investment intentions for the production of biodiesel at its plant in our city. Fuel will be produced from vegetable oils such as soybean, sunflower and rapeseed.

BOOK The new book of the Velingrad poet Boryana Staeva has come out of print. The long-time midwife has collected her poems under the iconic title "The Woman in White".

A council will be organized on July 20, Ilinden, in the area above Kleptuza. The gathering, which has been held for several years, will be next to the restored with voluntary work by the citizens of Velingrad chapel "St. Ilia".

CONCERT Bogdan Tomov will visit the central square in Velingrad on 21 July at 6 pm. His concert is under the auspices of the National Association of Municipalities and is held in 20 Bulgarian cities. In addition to fun for the kids, there will be many prizes.

A group of municipal councilors from Stara Zagora visited Velingrad. They held a meeting for exchange of experience with their colleagues from Velingrad, who will hold an Operational Bureau on 18 July to determine the agenda of the July session.
