PROCEEDING 37-year-old Velingradcian D. K. shot himself with a gun without a safety catch. The bullet affected important blood vessels in the leg and the victim was treated at the hospital to avoid the danger of gas gangrene, police said.

On November 5 starts the traditional for the autumn-winter season action "Light". Traffic police officers began massive checks on the condition of the lights and the readiness of the cars to run in winter conditions. By November 12, checks will only be preventive, after which fines will follow for drivers of malfunctioning cars. The traffic police remind that the amount of fines is significantly increased.
