A follow-up investigation has been formed against an unknown perpetrator for soliciting suicide, the RDP reported. The investigation is in connection with the suicide attempt carried out by the Velingrad lawyer Yordan Arshinkov a week ago. Mr. Arshinkov is being treated for the severe cuts inflicted in a hospital in Plovdiv.
