At the meeting between the Mayor of the Municipality and the management of "MHAT - Velingrad" Ltd., held on December 5, Dr. Dafov made commitments to the hospital, including financial assistance for repayment of outstanding debts.
In response to his letter from the Ministry of Finance, they reported that additional funds were allocated to the municipality in the amount of BGN 217,466. The amount is the first tranche of the funds we will receive by the end of the year - a total of 695,775 leva.
The already received 217,466 leva will be distributed as follows: for fuels - 79,982 leva, for unpaid social benefits - 118,152 leva, for unpaid documents - 19,312 leva. 170,450 leva will be allocated for payments of electricity, fuels and water between municipal education, social care and health care.
For payment of 50% of the arrears for medicines as of 31 October, "MHAT" will also receive 19,312 leva. BGN 74 121 will receive Social Care for the recovery of 50% of the funds spent over the funds provided by the Republican budget and local revenues, made as of October 31, 2001.
To support the payment of wages for the months of November and December, 57% of the funds under a forecast budget or BGN 205,800 will be provided. Public Relations and Protocol: Vesela Tsintseva
