The municipality offers 13.50 leva for properties in the center

A second meeting with the heirs of two restituted private properties in the plot on Cultural Day was held by the municipality on June 18. The municipality is negotiating with the owners to clear the property and look for an investor for the building.
The property prices determined by Eng. Marina Avramova from Complekinvest Ltd. - Pazardzhik. According to the estimate, the property of 720 sq.m. of heirs Maslarovi cost 9720 leva, and the property of 600 sq.m. of heirs Popovi - 8160 leva. The market value of the land was calculated at 13.50 leva squared, as the properties had an irregular shape and could not be built and sold independently. On the part of the owners, a number of questions were asked to the appraiser with an insistence that she attend the next meeting: why the appraiser takes a stance on legal issues and why it is claimed that a property that has a distance of 8 meters from the Cultural House falls into the construction. The other option proposed by the administration was a replacement with municipal parcels. They were presented by the chief architect Todor Enev: 4 plots next to the school in Kamenitsa at a price of 12.60 lv/sq.m.; plot of 440 sq.m. in the new neighborhood around the bar "Joyce" at 12 lv/sq.m.; plot of 330 sq.m. at 11 lv to the Military Sanatorium; plot in Chepino (former tennis courts under Velina) at 11 lv for 502 sq.m. and a plot in Velyova banya park at 12 lv/sq.m. It turned out that around the offered plots there are ambiguities: for example, the most attractive plot next to Velyova Banya is intended for a park. Architect Enev said that the plot will be re-determined, but such action is solely within the powers of the Municipal Council. Negotiations will continue on June 25, however, a final decision will be difficult as the municipality's proposals are unlikely to satisfy the heirs of the two plots. Elena Baeva
