The first floor of the municipal building of the former company "Vincho Goranov" will be announced for sale through a competition. The four previous tenants of the premises located there have applied for renewal of the leases. Instead, the Legitimacy and TSU committees proposed that the municipality sell the premises along with their adjacent ideal parts of the building. Disagreement was expressed by the councillor Zavarin Marov, who recalled that in the same building are the Prosecutor's Office, Social Welfare and HEI and there is no public need for the sale of the first floor. According to Lyuben Ananiev, however, there was no point in people shaking about rents and not daring to invest. Tenants in the 4 sites are ET Techniks, ET Krasimira Dafova 99, Georgi Penkin and Petar Hrischev, attorney Lyudmila Kremova. According to the decision, the initial selling price will be determined by a licensed appraiser.
The councillors also made a number of decisions on requests from private individuals to change the purpose of their properties from "for landscaping and park" to "for trade" and "residential construction". The demands of Mahmoud Vranchev, Vasil Lagadinsky and 7 properties in Draginovo were approved. The same change was denied to Boyan Ishtev. The municipality will make a replacement of two of its properties with an area of 800 sq.m. with property of Georgi and Prodan Bakardzhievi, falling in the park in front of petrol station "Petrol".
