For June 30, the first hearing in the case, formed by the Pazardzhik District Court on the signal of municipal councilors from Velingrad against Stoyan Dulev, was scheduled. The signal is from September 2004. and is on the occasion of outstanding decisions of the Municipal Council on the case of garbage disposal by the then Vrid Mayor St. Dulev. We recall that at several extraordinary meetings then the councillors recommended Mr. Dulev to terminate his contract with Beev and Beev. Mr. Dulev did not comply with the decision of the session, and subsequently the Supreme Administrative Court declared the treaty in question unlawful.
On June 30, more than 20 municipal councillors appeared in court. However, Mr. Dulev (un)expectedly turned out to be ill and did not attend, which is why the jury postponed the case until July 14 this year. Then in the process will be included the Municipality of Velingrad, which was constituted as a party at the request of the authorized lawyer Viktor Totev. In the case of the waste disposal contract, the Municipality of Velingrad has also filed a civil claim for 10 000 leva against the former vrid mayor Stoyan Dulev.
