Fr. Rakitovo, January 31, 2002 On the grounds of art. 70, para. 1, art. 14 (1) of the EPA, art. 16 of the NRPUSOI and in connection with decisions - 211/2001 year of Rakitovo Municipal Council,
I'm declaring a trade:
with secret bidding for rental of a municipal property site as follows: * Wooden barrack located in UPI - IV - Kindergarten, kv. 48, p. Dorkovo with an area of 70 sq.m. for industrial activity - sewing workshop and initial tender price 1.50 lv/sq.m. The procedures and costs of realization of the activity for use of the site are at the expense of the tenant.
The auction is in attendance and will be held on 21 February 2002 at 12.00 in the Hall of the Municipality.
Those wishing to participate in the auction must submit an application for participation no later than 12.00 on the day of the auction in room 211 and submit a deposit document in the amount of 10% of the annual rent.
