Candidates for tenants of Cafe Panorama opposite Hotel Zdravets for the second time on October 25 appeared at the appointed by the municipality hour and for the second time no tender took place. Instead, Secretary Stoyanka Karpacheva personally apologized and briefed the participants and the media on the official position of the municipality (see PRESS RELEASE). Mr. Venko Bozev, one of the candidates, requested a written response to protect his interests in an appropriate manner. The participants also met with lawyers from the municipal law office in Plovdiv "Yureks", but they also received no satisfactory explanation for the failure of the tender.
