PARKINGS AND GARAGES
A confusing situation occurred when a representative of the Municipality of Velingrad was appointed in "Parkings and Garages" Ltd. For the first time, there were no meraclias for the post, which gives access to the documentation of the companies with municipal participation. At the suggestion of Ek. Kaferinova as guarantor of municipal interests was elected the employee in OA Vasil Bajdarov.

PROJECTS
Upon winning the project for external heat supply of the school "Hr. Botev" on the square in Kamenitsa, the municipality will co-finance it with 30 720 leva. 16 acres of municipal land were provided for 10-year use as a nursery for herbs under a project of the Regional Development Agency - Velingrad. Under the project for an ethnographic open-air museum in Chepino, permission was given for part of the property to drop off the "for a park".

TOILET
The municipality will announce a competition for renting the urban toilet in Ludzhene for a period of 3 years with an initial annual price of 1200 leva. The session voted 20 000 leva from the Privatization Fund to build a toilet of the center in Chepino at the suggestion of N. Vecov.

REFUSAL
The councillors unanimously rejected the application of ET "V. Pazardjik for renewal of the lease contract for coffee bar "Pepsi" on pl. "The Fountains".

POSTROYKI
The municipal council authorized a building of Angel Belev next to a neighboring municipal property in the municipality. Kalishte. A right of addition was established on 20 sq.m. of ET "STIM-96 - Svetla Zahova".

MHAT
The proposal of the Committee for Self-Assessment of the Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment (MHAT) was voted. The commission gives an excellent "5 stars" to all wards in the hospital except for the surgical and administrative block, rated "4 stars". The councilors accepted the assessment after explaining to the director Dr. Kyurkchieva that it is desirable to start from a high base for the forthcoming accreditation of the hospital.

TSO For the first time the Municipal Council voted to replace a granted right of construction (OPS) with another TSO of S. Tangerova. The municipality has given TSO for housing construction, which has started, but then has also allowed restitution in the same property. To get out of the situation, now allowed TSO in the corner plot next to the triangular garden ("Trafoposta") on ul. "Cyril and Methodius". It is possible for the district government to stop the decision, as the importer N. Kehayov himself admitted that there is a lack of legal concept of "replacement of TSOs".
