Mr. Dulev explained that he did not know anything about the seal and was accused by the councillors that in such a case he did not know what his subordinate municipal officials were doing. And the manager of Stroycom Todor Kyutov said that a written complaint to the mayor was filed on the problem with the stamp of the landfill.

23 councillors from all groups except the Green Party voted the municipality to continue the implementation of the contract by regularly paying its obligations to Stroycom, to service the loans and the temporary mayor to appoint an investor of the municipal firm. The councillors insisted Stoyan Dulev to answer whether he would contest this decision of the Municipal Council as well. Mr. Dulev's response that he would consult with lawyers clearly indicated that Stroycom's problems were not over.
