It has already become a tradition for Maria Tabakova, Petar Peshterski, Ivanka Karamfilova, Vanya Yurgakieva, Tsvetka Spasova, Peyo Hristov, Boryana Stoeva and Yordanka Burdina - the members of the literary circle "Free Thought", to mark with evening-recitals important dates and events of the calendar. On April 5, the occasion was "The Week of the Forest". And, again by tradition, the hall of the City Art Gallery welcomed friends and connoisseurs of art speech.
The evening, dedicated to the Week of the Forest, began with the a cappella performance of Ivanka Karamfilova and the blessing: "Let us be alive and healthy like Pirin, Rila and the Rhodopes, because they speak of glory and old times, because from their fresh youth the heart drinks joy and love to the world! Besides his poems about the forest, the artists from Free Thought had included in their recital works by Ivan Vazov, Nikolay Haytov, Evtim Evtimov, Vasilka Hinkova and Mladen Isaev. And in order to fully enjoy the touch with the best written in our literature about our nature, the organizers had also arranged an exhibition of photographs entitled "Attitude from the Forest!", a work of the Regional Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child. Photos with which they will participate in the project "Advertising information medium for the natural beauties of Velingrad".
The evening in honor of the Week of the Forest, which the representatives of no forestry did not respect with their presence, ended with "You are beautiful, my forest", sung by everyone and with the pledge: "I am yours forever, Forest!".
