"Again, the case was postponed..." - this is the key phrase for a series of lawsuits related to the waste disposal contract of the municipality of Velingrad, concluded in 2004. by the then vrid mayor Stoyan Dulev and Beev and Beev. No one is any longer surprised by another postponement, rather it would be a big surprise if a court hearing was held on any of the cases.
This did not happen on November 15, when the Pazardzhik District Court had to hear the claim of the municipality of Velingrad against "Beev and Beev" for the return of a sum of over BGN 200,000 in the municipal budget. The previous time the case was postponed so that the new lawyer of the municipality could get acquainted with the materials. This time the postponement was due to the non-appearance of witnesses Recep Hodzhov - deputy mayor of the municipality and Ali Bayraktar - investor. The next meeting is scheduled for mid-December, and whether a reason for postponement will be found again is not difficult to predict.
