The well-known to the citizens of Velingrad Plovdiv MP from BZNS-NS Dr. Borislav Kitov opened the campaign of the presidential candidate couple Petar Stoyanov - Nelly Kutzkova on October 23rd. As the main merit of the current president Dr. Kitov determined that Petar Stoyanov has made Bulgaria to be recognized by the world. It takes a long time to be recognized in today's world and therefore the merit of P. Stoyanov should not be underestimated. After the terrorist attacks of September 11, there will be a reformulation of world politics and that is why Bulgaria should not afford experiments regarding the personality that will occupy the presidential post. There are no purely independent candidates, repeatedly stressed B. Kitov. According to him, one of the reasons P. Stoyanov to run as an independent is the opportunity to choose his own vice president.
