Pirinski recommended more activity of local socialists

Over 20 people were accepted by the Member of Parliament from Coalition for Bulgaria Georgi Pirinski during his first official reception on 22 January in Velingrad. Most of the citizens expressed satisfaction that they put their problems before the MP and were heard. The issue of social benefits posed Roma leaders, many waited with problems around jobs, property disputes, etc. Mr. Pirinski also met with the mayor Dr. Dafov, who introduced him to the development of the situation around the vital for the municipality project "Sutka". In addition, the mayor has explained the paradoxical situation with the mineral waters in Velingrad, which continue to be entirely state property and the municipality cannot take advantage of them to solve the most urgent social problems. With Deputy Mayor Snezhana Veleva, the MP spoke in connection with the still unrepaired monument of Ivan Bandakov, for which the municipality committed to be restored, but funds have not yet been provided.
