Fourth place in the women's team ranking and seventh in the men's team won the swimmers of PK "Chepinets" at the state championship, held from 1 to 3 July at the Red Flag swimming complex in the capital. 25 clubs with more than 200 swimmers participated in the competition. Only PC "Chepinets" with 11 competitors joined from the Velingrad clubs. Monica Trifonova became a vice-champion on 50 meters back. In the same discipline, Dimitrina Papazova won a bronze medal. With the greatest contribution to the team ranking of PK "Chepinets" is Polina Mihaylova. She participated in four finals and won fourth places in the 50 and 200 m freestyle. Tenth place won Vanya Padinkova in 50 and 100 m freestyle and Karamfilka Shalamanova in 200 m breaststroke. In the relay, the women's team of PK "Chepinets" took fourth place in the composition Trifonova, Papazova, Shalamanova, Mihailova.
In men, Boris Dodnikov is fifth in the 50 m breaststroke, Petar Demirev also won fifth place in the 100 m breaststroke, Georgi Shalamanov is sixth in the 100 m breaststroke, and Ivan Batsanov is eighth in the 100 m freestyle. Tenth place took Ilian Boyadzhiev and Ivan Halachev at 50 and 200 m breaststroke. In the men's relay PC "Chepinets" participated in the composition Halachev, Shalamanov, Demirev and Batsanov and took sixth place.
