A secret auction for the sale of 4 municipal parcels was held on March 21. The chairman of the tender committee was the deputy mayor Snezhana Veleva, and the members were the councillors Ek. Cafferinova, N. Vecov, As. Adem and D. Arshinkov, M. Spasova from OA and lawyer Slavov. Most controversial was the bidding for a plot of 450 sq.m. behind the Bureau of Labor. Five candidates showed up, two of whom dropped out because of irregular paperwork. The starting price was 6750 leva and the winner of the secret auction Elenka Zafirova from Sofia won with a price of 11,305 leva. Without competition (the other candidate did not present the necessary power of attorney and was not allowed to participate) Malin Gudjov won a plot of 2053 sq.m. for 22 606 leva. The plot is located in the area from Kolyo Ficheto Holiday Station to Rodopi Hotel (GUSV). Only one was the candidate for a plot of 400 sq.m. to the petrol station of Petrol. Georgi Yanakiev won the land under his own establishment for 6500 leva. No meraclii appeared for a plot of 380 sq.m. in the area of the school “Hr. Botev" in kv.
