VELINGRAD MUNICIPALITY

On the grounds of art. 3 of Ordinance - 9 of 26.06.2000 of the Ministry of Health and Decision - 291/13.12.2001.
ANNOUNCES COMPETITION
through interview, interview and presentation of a concept for management of companies for three years for holding the position of manager of "MHAT - Velingrad" Ltd. - Plovdiv. Velingrad".
I. Requirements for candidates:
1. Possess an educational-qualification degree of Master of Medicine, respectively dentistry and qualification for health management or persons with an educational-qualification degree of Master of Economics and Management with a recognized specialty in medical informatics and health management or in health economics.
2. Have at least five years of work experience as a doctor, dentist or economist, respectively; candidates holding a Master of Science degree in medicine or economics must have an acquired major.
3. Not to be sentenced to imprisonment for intentional crimes of a general nature, unless they have been rehabilitated.
4. Not to be deprived of the right to hold a certain position.
5. Be familiar with the structure and manner of running the company. The management contract is concluded according to the provisions of the Ordinance for exercising the rights of the Municipality of Velingrad on the municipal part of the capital of the commercial company.
II. I define the necessary documents to be submitted at the registry office of the Municipality of Velingrad as follows:
1. Application for participation in the competition (in a sealed envelope).
2. A certified copy of an identity card (personal passport).
3. Professional CV.
4. Document of completed higher education and qualification degree (certified copy).
5. Work experience document for the specialty.
6. Declaration of the circumstances under item. I-3 and I-4.
7. Concept of management - placed in a sealed envelope.
III. Place of palpation of information on the topics, subject of the interview - Municipality of Velingrad, room - 24.
IV. I set a deadline for submission of the documents until January 28, 2002.
V. The competition will take place on 08.02.2002. from 14.00 hours in the meeting room of the Municipality of Velingrad.
