1. I'm one of you. I want to continue what my grandfather started, who was one of the most deserving mayors of the village. Chepino. As an independent candidate, I offer voters my clean past and bright future. I believe that I have the skills to unite the efforts of all residents of Velingrad and together make it a European city. The problems we are about to solve have no color, and these ordinary people who will vote for me will vote for their independence. I believe that patriotism in Bulgaria is not dead, but here it is not given the opportunity for the young to prove themselves. We must all fight indifference, apathy, attend and take an active part in the public and political life of the city.
2. Velingrad is crawling in the right direction. It is no accident that a few months before the elections, streets began to be paved, sidewalks started to be made, dust thrown in the eyes of our fellow citizens. In the last 12 years. The rulers lie to us and rob us not only materially, but also spiritually. I believe that ordinary people are hostages of political intrigues, conflicts and interests of parties, we are under psychological and financial pressure. Through frequent consultation of citizens in the form of local referendums, thanks to the life experience of the elderly and the desire of young people to live in a renewed European city, we will emerge from the silt in which we find ourselves.
3. My assessment is unsatisfactory because the Velingrad OS ranks first in the Pazardzhik region on adopted illegal decisions. Their suspension and cancellation is not a fad of the regional governor, but is the result of ignorance of a number of laws: ZMSMA, ZAP, ZAD, ZVS, ZVS. The municipal council failed to impose its own style of work and control the functions of the executive. The Bible says, by their works you will know them. I expect that the future OS will consist of independent municipal councillors who will work together for the interests of all. Enough party interests dictated by the machinations of economic groups and corrupt politicians.
4. It is good for such profitable objects to remain in the portfolio of the municipality to cover the needs of the municipal budget. In the event that the municipality is unable to manage and update them (except for the conscious anti-native attitude in order to be brought to bankruptcy and sold at no cost), they should be given to a concession under the Concessions and its Rules of Procedure, or joint management with a natural or legal person, but the municipality should retain its right to a "Golden Share" with which to control unscrupulous owners in order to preserve the interests of the residents. Another question is whether it is not too late to talk about the future of the Cooperative Market, as its fate will be decided by YOU soon.
5. Regarding the team: according to Article 6 of the Supreme Law of Bulgaria all people are born free and equal in rights and dignity and no privileges based on religion, race, gender, ethnicity or political affiliation are allowed. My team will include proven professionals, for example: in sports and tourism Ivan Lebanov, Ilia Georgiev and others; in culture Mr. Mechev and in all areas together Bulgarians, Bulgarian-Mohammedans, Roma. We humans orchestrate our own destiny. In spite of the misery and despair that the political-moutrine mafia has brought us to, we will have to unite and help each other. Active interaction between the Municipality, specialized bodies and justice to ensure our personal security and property inviolability. This will be the new style of municipal government, affirming the authority of Velingrad as a large future sports, cultural Jewish city.
