Only four elected mayors in the villages

Four mayors were elected in the villages of the municipality of Velingrad in the first round: in Pashovo - the previous mayor Ahmed Krantev, in Rohlevo the candidate of BZNS-NS Mustafa Pashaliev and in Ablanitsa - the DPS contender Svetlin Mechov. The longest waiting for the result so far Mayor of Krastava Mustafa Eyupov - until last it was thought that there would be a runoff between him as a candidate of BZNS-NS and Mustafa Dzhambaz of DPS, but in the end Mr. Eyupov won in the first round.
In Sarnitsa at a runoff with minimal difference go Shukri Yakubov from the UDF, who has been mayor so far and Recep Kisyov from the DPS. In Draginovo, the run-off will be between NDSV candidate Serafim Arapov and BZNS-NS candidate Ahmed Alendarov. In Sveta Petka, the independent Ibrahim Buhov will fight UDF candidate Musa Mandradjiev.
In Grashevo will argue two previous mayors - Dimitar Dospatsky as an independent and Mikhail Alkeev from BSP. BSP - Krasimir Perushinsky and DPS - Mustafa Ortsev go to the Pobit stone of the run-off. In Birkovo, Mustafa Terziev of the BSP will argue with Liberal Union candidate Bayram Ahmed. On Honey meadows, the fight will be between the Green Parity - Recep Skenderov and DPS - Salih Ali.
