The Zvanche Music School, Impulse Sports Dance Club and the cheerleading squad organize a charity concert under a theme uniting the major holidays in March - "For Freedom, Mother and Spring". It will be held on March 6 at 6.30 pm in the hall of the community center "Father Paisii". The collected funds will be for future participations and events of the participants.

APOLONIA Mayor I. Lebanov met with his colleague from the Greek municipality of Apolonia A. Ioannis. At the next meeting of the two municipalities rich in mineral waters, the possibility of their future twinning and exchange in the field of sport and culture was discussed. Guests from Greece have visited the museum, the municipal information center and the Palace Hotel.

The municipality of Velingrad has acquired two vehicles. The Ministry of Finance and the State Claims Agency provided the municipality with a Mercedes car for use. And the Ministry of Education provided a new student bus "Isuzu".

For April 4, the public procurement is scheduled, which the municipality of Velingrad announced for the delivery of stationery. The estimated value of the order is 110 970 BGN without VAT.

LIBRARY The library in the community center "Father Paisii" in Velingrad will now work on Saturday as well. The new opening hours of the library are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (without interruption) on Monday to Friday days and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. During the week the librarians also participated in a seminar for automating the activities in the public libraries, organized in Velingrad with lecturers from Pazardzhik and Stara Zagora.
