By decision of 7 October, the Court of Appeal - Plovdiv overturned the verdict in the criminal case against the excme of the municipality of Velingrad Atanas Vodev, imposed by the District Court - Pazardzhik because of damages to the municipal budget after the floods in the summer of 2005. The appellate judges returned the case to Pazardzhik for a second time for new consideration by another panel and from the stage of a court hearing. The decision is final and not subject to protest, so the litigation is again transferred to the district center.
